PORTABLE TERMINAL WITH NON-CONTACT IC CARD FUNCTION, AND NON-CONTACT IC CARD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a person other than an owner from performing illegal access from an external part in a state where a portable terminal is not used with a non-contact IC card function mounted thereon.

SOLUTION: When a radio access signal is detected relative to a non-contact IC card 18; the access from the external part is received in a case where an inclination detected by an inclination sensor 17 is within a prescribed inclination range, and the function of the non-contact IC card 18 is invalidated in a case where the inclination is not within the prescribed inclination range. However, the user can intentionally deter the invalidation of the non-contact IC card function.
