<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data conversion circuit improving a data processing speed without making the circuit configuration complicated. <P>SOLUTION: In the data conversion circuit provided with a 2-port memory 10 including two ports of an A port 11 and a B port 12, the 2-port memory 10 is configured to be a lookup table wherein a relationship between an optional address x and data f(x) resulting from converting the address x by a function f is recorded. Further, the data conversion circuit is configured such that data output from the A port 11 of the 2-port memory 10 are input to the B port 12 as an address of the B port 12. When the address x is input to the A port 11 of the 2-port memory 10, the data f(x) are output from the A port 11.
