DISPLAY DRIVING DEVICE AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display driving device and method capable of reducing the size of a memory.

SOLUTION: A display driving device 100 related to the present invention is equipped with; an encoding part 110 which encodes image data which is displayed on display device by compressing and converting the image data: a memory 130 in which the encoded data is stored; a memory control part 120 which makes the encoded data to be stored in the memory 130 and reads the data stored in the memory 130, and a decoding part 140 which decodes the data which is read out from the memory 130 by the memory control part 120 into image data which is displayed on the display device.
