<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a contact type panel having successful optical characteristics and appearance quality under a state that a substrate is limited to glass materials. <P>SOLUTION: In a step (a), a first substrate 11 and a second substrate 21 are prepared, conductive layers 13, 23 are separately formed on the first substrate 11 and the second substrate 21, in a step b, a frame 31 is arranged on the first substrate 11, at least one aperture is arranged at the frame 31, in a step c, the second substrate 21 is set at the first substrate 11, the first substrate 11 and the second substrate 21 are mutually joined via the frame 31, an installation space is formed between the first substrate 11 and the second substrate 21 and the frame 31 and in a step d, a dielectric material 41 whose quantity is fixed is poured until the installation space is filled from the aperture of the frame 31. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
