WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND METHOD IN PRODUCTION LINE UTILIZING SHORT-RANGE WIRELESS COMMUNICATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication system for fluently making reciprocal communication and work cooperation between workers in a production line of semiconductors or TFT-LCDs. SOLUTION: A Bluetooth(R) terminal 100 is provided to each worker of the production line and access points 200 are disposed by area. The terminals 100 are connected through the access points 200 to a central control server 300 and call switching services with a plurality of other terminals are offered through the central control server 300. A handover is made between the access points 200 and call switching services are offered to each worker, without interruption, utilizing the terminal 200 even while the worker moves.
