PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure between adjacent sheets of electromagnetic wave shielding members having excellent electromagnetic shielding characteristics. SOLUTION: The joint structure joins the electromagnetic wave shielding members 1 constituted by bonding electric conductor layers (aluminum foil) 10 to both front and rear faces of insulator layers (glass cloth) 20, wherein the ends of the respective electromagnetic wave shielding members 1 are folded to join the electromagnetic wave shielding members 1 in the mutually facing state of the folded sides, and any electric conductor layer 10 of one electromagnetic wave shielding member 1 is electrically connected to any electric conductor layer 10 of the other electromagnetic wave shielding member 1.
