PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving circuit board, in which a plurality of circuit components are arranged on both sides of a heat radiating member so that vibrations of the circuit components caused by electromagnetic forces are compensated for one another, thereby blocking off noise generation at a noise source, and to provide a flat panel display device provided with the driving circuit board. SOLUTION: The driving circuit board includes a printed circuit board, a plurality of circuit components connected to the printed circuit board, and at least one heat radiating member, provided in between the circuit components to absorb the heat generated by the plurality of circuit components, while dissipating the absorbed heat to the surrounding. The elements of the plurality of circuit components are arranged on both sides that face, pinching the heat radiating member. As a result, vibrations of the circuit components, caused by electromagnetic forces compensate for one another so that the generation of a noise, can be blocked off at the noise source.
