PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible printed-circuit board and head assembly for preventing static electricity generated when the flexible printed-circuit board is built into an actuator block. SOLUTION: The flexible printed-circuit board 21 relays a head signal from the head slider, mounted in the actuator block, to the head control part for controlling the head signal, and has a signal connection terminal 23 for connecting with a signal terminal 13 for head signal connection arranged in the actuator block 2, a positioning terminal 24 used for position adjusting for connecting the signal terminal 13 for head signal connection to the signal connection terminal 23 of the flexible printed-circuit board, and a ground pattern for connecting the positioning terminal and the ground.
