A method for manufacturing an organic light-emitting diode display device and a structure thereof are provided to prevent a sagging phenomenon of a center substrate part, by changing the position of a substrate and a mask into a vertical direction and applying the direction of an organic material according to the changed vertical direction. In a structure of an organic light-emitting diode(OLED) display device depositing an organic material, a glass substrate(300) and a mask(400) are fabricated to be located along a vertical direction. A circular rotor(700) is fixed to rotate the glass substrate and the mask circularly. An organic material source(800) is fabricated to move repetitively with a slope angle within a constant range from a reference plane, in order to deposit the organic material on the glass substrate uniformly. |
