There is provided an information security device enabling modification and collection (deletion) of a use condition of information which flows along a chain, after the flow. The information security device (200) includes: a reception unit (201) for receiving a content and a collection command; a content storage unit (202) for storing the content and its use condition; a collected command check unit (203) for checking the validity of the received collected command; a content deletion unit (204) for deleting the content; a chain information storage unit (205) for storing chain information including the content delivery information; a transmission destination list storage unit (206); a transmission unit (207) for transmitting the content and the collection command; and a control unit (208) for performing processing control of the collection command. By transmitting a collection command after distributing a content, it is possible to collect (delete) the content at the flow destination.
