Provided is a meal substitute for breakfast, which is easy to take, allows users to take carbohydrate, cellulose, protein and mineral elements at the same time, and uses natural ingredients. The meal substitute for breakfast comprises large-germ unpolished rice powder and non-solidified bean curd. The large-germ unpolished rice powder is obtained by parching large-germ unpolished or large-germ germinated unpolished rice at 60-80 deg.C for 10-60 minutes and pulverizing the parched unpolished rice. The non-solidified bean curd is obtained by using deep sea water or marine ground water in an amount of 2-100 ml per kg of soybeans. |
