<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ink composition for inkjet recording, which has high sensitivity to radiation exposure, forms a high-quality image and has excellent storage stability and to provide a method for manufacturing a planographic printing plate, which eliminates the need for development and forms an image having high printing durability and high image qualities. <P>SOLUTION: The ink composition for inkjet recording comprises (1) at least a colorant, a polymerizable compound and a polymerization initiator being a polymer compound having ≥2,000 molecular weight and is cured by radiation exposure.
