<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital servo controller which has controllability equal to or higher than that of a conventional one, using a low-voltage inexpensive power circuit by suppressing spike-form pulsation superposed on the current deviation signal inside a current control circuit, in a digital servo controller using a DA converter. <P>SOLUTION: This digital controller is provided with a primary low-pass filter 4 which works on an analog signal S5 outputted from the DA converter 5, and a stabilization compensating means which compensates the phase delay caused by the primary low-pass filter 4, and it inputs the output signal of the primary low-pass filter 4 into the current control circuit 3 as a current command signal S4. The primary low-pass filter 4 is one which has break frequency lower than sampling frequency determined by the inverse number of sampling cycle. A notch filter, which has break frequency equal to the sampling frequency determined by the inverse number of the sampling cycle or break frequency equal to the multiple of Nyquist frequency determined by the half of the inverse number of the sampling cycle, can substitute for the primary low-pass filter 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
