PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bellows which can reduce its stiffness in the axial direction and can increase its stiffness in the radial direction. SOLUTION: The bellows includes a body (1) having a first end portion (2) and a second end portion (3), which are movable relative to each other. A plurality of arch shape portions (4) are formed on the body (1) arranged between the first end portion (2) and the second end portion (3). The arch shape portions are separated from each other by means of first narrow portions (5). Second narrow portions (6) are formed on at least one of the arch shape portions (4).
