PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precision instrument storage container and a sheet for the storage container for easily storing a precision instrument such as a semiconductor integrated circuit and for preventing damage to the instrument and the deposition of dust, etc. SOLUTION: The sheet 1 is structured by forming a soft synthetic resin film layer 4 on the top face of an elastic cushion layer 3 and a hard and shape keeping synthetic resin base layer 2 on the bottom face of the cushion layer. In structuring the storage container, a sheet formed with the soft synthetic resin film layer 4 on the top face of the elastic cushion layer 3 is laid on the top face of a hard and shape keeping synthetic resin container whose storage part for a precision instrument is mold-processed or molded in a necessary form using the sheet as a material sheet.
