PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walking activating implement with a warning device for lifting the toe to prevent tumbling, substantially completely preventing tumbling due to tripping because a bone fracture caused by tumbling due to tripping is a new problem to the current medical treatment to stop the transition to bedridden living. SOLUTION: The loophole of walking dynamics, the kinematic cause of toe lifting depends upon shaking out forward of the toe caused by pendulum motion taking the ankle as a fulcrum immediately after the backward kick-out producing the driving force of walking. Accordingly, the means for resolution is pinpointed only on the backward kick-out causing toe lifting. A small piece having elastic material and serving as a small toe, following backward kick-out is mounted on the tiptoe part of back of the footwear, whereby in the case of insufficient backward kick-out, that is, insufficient toe lifting, the small toe drags on the ground, thereby promoting toe lifting as a warning device.
