BACKUP METHOD AND APPARATUS OF WIRELESS ACCESSING DEVICE

A backup method and apparatus of wireless accessing device. The method primarily includes: configuring backup unit for Outdoor Unit(ODU) of wireless accessing device; starting the backup unit instead of the failure ODU when the ODU happens failure. The apparatus primarily includes: IDU module, comprises the working IDU in working state and the backup IDU in idle state; ODU module, comprises the working ODU in transmitting state and the backup ODU in untransmitting state; control module for connecting the IDU module and the ODU module, and configuring the corresponding relation between IDU and ODU, and controlling the starting of backup IDU and backup ODU. Employing the method and apparatus of the present invention can solve backup problem of IDU and ODU in wireless accessing device.
