A method and a system for mobile stock trade, and a mobile terminal using the same are provided to effectively restrict stock trade through a stock trade chip through a simple procedure when the stock trade chip is lost or stolen. A stock trade request including chip ID information assigned to the stock trade chip is received from the mobile terminal(S321). Stock trade restriction request state information representing stock trade restriction set to the stock trade chip is searched from a database by responding to a stock trade request(S323). In case that the searched stock trade restriction request state information represents a stat not requesting the stock trade restriction, the requested stock trade is permitted(S324). |
