Provided are an organic light emitting compound, which improves a luminous efficiency, and a display device comprising the same compound. The organic light emitting compound has a structure represented by the following formula. In the formula, M is a core metal, B is any one branching group selected from the group consisting of thiophene, vinylcarbazole, triphenylamine, and diphenyloxadiazole, S1 and S2 are surface groups having C5-20 alkyl groups, R1-R11 each is a core substituent selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, halogen, hydroxyl, nitro, carbonyl, amino, amide, sulfonate, C1-10 alkyl, C6-20 aryl, and C6-20 hetero-aromatic groups, and n is a branching group generation number of 1-7.
