A method for fabricating an angle type tantalum solid capacitor is provided to reduce an equivalent serial resistance and to reduce pressure resistance during long time usage, by using a fatty acid type electrolyte. In a method for fabricating an angle type tantalum solid capacitor, a tantalum powder is put into an angle type pellet and is deformed and then is put into a vacuum sintering furnace and is welded in order to be connected to an anode after sintering with a constant temperature. An oxide film is generated on the surface of a tantalum metal by applying a formation voltage after being put into a sintered electrolyte. A polythiophene layer is formed by chemical polymerization and electrolytic polymerization by inserting a fatty acid type electrolyte into the tantalum metal. A carbon and a paste are coated on the polythiophene layer and then the polythiophene layer is connected to a cathode. A lead frame is welded to the anode(311), and the pellet is molded with an epoxy(313), and then a lead cutting process and a heating process are performed(317). A capacitor is aged for quality test(319), and then is taped and packaged(321).
