<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system capable of eliminating the possibility of lowering of insulation resistance caused by generated water, and shortening the length of piping. <P>SOLUTION: Blocking parts 22, having an upper face 23 formed so as to close a part of width-directional cross section of a pipe 17, are formed in the pipe 17. The blocking parts 22 block downward flow of generated water, by contacting the generated water flowing from above toward below in the pipe 17. The generated water, contacting the upper face 23 of the blocking part 22 spreads on the upper face 23, reaches a peripheral part 24 thereof, and falls as drops of water therefrom.
