<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently design a power source without sacrificing lightness of an image when light emitting elements of respective pixels are brought under PWM control. <P>SOLUTION: In a driving circuit which drives a display panel in which the pixels including the plurality of light emitting elements respectively are arranged in matrix, data write parts 332 to 33n apply specified voltages to the respective light emitting elements at a duty radio corresponding to illumination levels of the respective light emitting elements which are described in image data. Adjustment parts 322 to 32n adjust start time points or end time points of respective periods of voltage application to the plurality of light emitting elements included in the respective pixels in a unit cycle time for data writing so that currents flowing to the pixels are smoothed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
