<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame retardant polycarbonate resin composition having excellent light reflection property, not generating a gas containing a halogen caused by a flame retardant at combustion because of being free from a halogen-based flame retardant comprising a chlorine or bromine compound or the like, being a material considering the environmental face, having high-degree flame retardancy and light-reflecting properties, and suitably usable especially as a material for a light-reflecting plate in the application for a liquid crystal back light or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The flame retardant polycarbonate resin composition having the excellent light reflection property comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. polycarbonate resin, (B) 5-30 pts.wt. titanium oxide, (C) 0.01-5 pts.wt. hydrophobic fumed silica, (D) 0.005-2 pts.wt. organic metal salt and (E) 0.01-2 pts.wt. polytetrafluoroethylene-containing mixed powder.
