<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information presentation system presenting information of an object such as real object information or circumferential environmental information through tactile sense. <P>SOLUTION: This information presentation system comprises an information presentation device 200' including a projecting means projecting a concentric circle stripe pattern light while instructing an object; imaging means 120 and 130 detecting the stripe pattern light projected from the information presentation device; an arithmetic processing means 140 calculating an instruction position of the projecting means based on information obtained from the imaging means; an information storage means 142 storing information of the object instructed by the projection means; and an information transmitting means 141 transmitting the stored information of the object corresponding to the calculated instruction position.
