PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an operator has to manually perform restoration when reporting is not made, since, in conventional technique, an unnecessary image is recorded when the reporting is not made so as to uselessly compress a recording capacity, when a CCTV controller receives a caution signal from a fence sensor and records the image in a recorder, and a field angle is changed to a position corresponding to the sensor in a camera device. SOLUTION: When the reporting is not made, rewinding is performed to the starting point of a previous recording area or recording is started in receiving a succeeding caution signal from the point of time when the recording is started. Thus, the useless recording area is reduced. As the camera device is automatically restored to the position before receiving the caution signal, burden on the operator is relieved.
