PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adapt a configuration of a terminal to security requirement of a prescribed service. SOLUTION: The terminal 30 is provided with a configuration management section 32 for holding a service category of the prescribed service and configuration information of the prescribed service in association with each other, a configuration selection section 33 for selecting the configuration information of the prescribed service associated with the service category of the prescribed service in accordance with a use request for the prescribed service, a configuration modification section 34 for modifying the configuration of the terminal based on the selected configuration information of the prescribed service, a configuration measurement section 43 for measuring the configuration information after modification, and a configuration verification section 44 for verifying whether the terminal 30 can use the prescribed service by comparing the consistency between the configuration information of the prescribed service and the configuration information after modification.
