PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain desired image processing by combining arbitrary image processing modules. SOLUTION: One or more image processing modules 38 are selected from among various image processing modules according to necessary image processing, and image processing is executed by an image processing part 50 constructed by connecting the respective modules in pipe line configurations or directed non-circular graph configurations so that a buffer module 40 with a buffer for writing image data to be outputted from the pre-image processing module 38 in the buffer by preliminarily set unit write data quantity, and for reading the image data stored in the buffer by preliminarily set unit read data quantity by the post-image processing module 38 can be connected to at least one of the pre-stage and post-stage of each selected image processing module 38.
