PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a virtual reality presentation device, a virtual reality presentation method, and a program for improving a system response just after detection of interference without deteriorating the accuracy of CG data and an interference determination and for presenting natural virtual reality to an observer. SOLUTION: After deciding a positional attitude to perform rendering a CG scene of one frame, in a virtual reality presentation device 100, a CG video generation means 121 generates the CG scene of one frame on the basis of the decided attitude without determining whether or not interference currently occurs among CG objects if a set difference value of interference time 128 does not exceed an interference detection skip time 124 when it is determined that the CG objects are in interference states and in interference states against current time at just before main processing.
