摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease flicker between data lines in a display panel and to reduce power consumption in a display panel. SOLUTION: The driving circuit of the present invention carries out dot inversion driving on a liquid crystal panel 4 and is equipped with a data driver 1 which inverts and drives a potential of a data line group 41 in the liquid crystal panel 4 and with a power recovery circuit 6 having an inductor 61 which forms an LC resonant circuit together with a capacitor of the data line group 41 to recover the power in the capacitor.
