PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intercom system wherein intercoms respectively provided to a management room and singing rooms perform transmitting and receiving of speech that improves the speech performance independently of a sound volume in the singing rooms in the karaoke facility at low cost. SOLUTION: An intercom communication network 14 is built up in the karaoke facility, a karaoke playing unit 22 installed in each of karaoke rooms is provided with a signal output means for outputting a sound volume level signal of playing music applied to a mixing amplifier, and a received sound volume setting means 39 of a room intercom 23 installed in each karaoke room and connected to the intercom communication network 14 is configured to adjust a received sound volume on the basis of a received sound volume level signal.
