PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder classifier enhancing permeability of a permeation means, powder classifying apparatus, and a moving member. SOLUTION: This powder classifying apparatus is provided with multiple powder classifiers 2A-2D having meshes 20 respectively, and a rotary moving device 32 rotatingly moving the powder classifiers 2A-2D. Brushes 1A-1C are movably placed on the meshes 20. The brushes 1A-1C are composed of wire materials and elastic materials. As the brushes are movably placed on the meshes, and moving range of the brushes on the meshes is not limited, the range of the mesh preventing clogging can be extended, to efficiently prevent clogging of the meshes.
