The housing has a closed main board housing (27) for receiving a main board that is detachably fastened at inside of the main board housing. Interfaces and plug connector are arranged outside of the main board housing and connected with the main board, where the interfaces and connector detachably connect interfaces of hardware components and/or power supply with the main board. Guide rails and folded closures are arranged at an outer surface of the main board housing for detachably fastening the components such as extension cards, drives and/or power supplies at the computer housing. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a computer equipment with a computer housing; and (2) a component housing for receiving hardware components.
