摘要 A method for acquiring water resource data in a satellite station using a site diversity technique is provided to continuously acquire water resource data through a main station in case the satellite communication state of a sub station is bad due to a localized torrential downpour, etc. A main station(100) comprises an antenna(110), an antenna hub(120), an SSPA(Solid State Power Amplifier)(130), an OT(Outdoor Transceiver)(140), a BD(Burst Demodulator)(150), a router(160), an NMS(Network Management System)(170), a TM(Telemetering) server(180), a DB server(181), and an SDBS(Site Diversity Backup System) server(190). A sub station(200) also has the same configuration. The NMS(170) is a web NMS to monitor and control satellite communication states. The TM server(180) monitors and manages data reception states, generated due to the failure of the system, rainfall attenuation, etc., and stores them in the DB server(181). The SDBS server(190) receives satellite signals from the antenna hub(120), checks the quality state of the received satellite signals, detects unmeasured data in the water resource data stored in the DB server(181), and establishes another station(200), in which the quality state of received satellite signals and water resource data is good, as a main station.
