<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a teaching image forming method, capable of forming a teaching image enabling algorithm to perform high speed processing so as to acquire processing becoming a target, in a self-developable manner in a teaching process, a teaching image forming apparatus, a program, a recording medium, an image processing algorithm forming method capable of forming proper image processing algorithm at a high speed, an image processing algorithm forming apparatus, an image inspecting method capable of properly determining the quality of an inspection target image, an image inspecting device, a program and a recording medium. <P>SOLUTION: The feature value of the inspection region image in an indicated inspection region is calculated for a teaching image, having an inspection region and a novel flaw adding and teaching image having a change inspection region image changed in the feature value of the inspection region image is formed, at a position where the calculated image is arranged. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
