<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pigment ink for inkjet recording, capable of controlling development of a bronze phenomenon caused in case of forming a picture image by using a cyan pigment ink and capable of reducing an uncomfortable feeling of a picture image caused in case of forming the picture image by using a plurality of pigment inks comprising the cyan pigment ink and pigment inks of other colors, and to provide a pigment ink set for the inkjet recording given by combining the inks. <P>SOLUTION: This pigment ink for the inkjet recording contains cyan pigment particles and an aqueous medium, wherein the pigment ink further contains fine particles having a refractive index higher than that of the cyan pigment particles.
