<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vessel which is assembled so as to be able to receive an article stored therein together with a water-containing matter, is easy to be handled when used, can be recycled easily by removing a waterproof surface layer to divide the container into a base paper layer and a film when used up, and is suitable for cooling drink. <P>SOLUTION: The vessel 1 of a waterproof structure is assembled of a single sheet of a blank into a shape such that an opening 8 is wider than a bottom 11. In forming the vessel 1, both sides of each side board 12, 12, 13 and 13 which is connected to each side of the square bottom 11 are connected to one another via a foldable gusset 14 to fold the blank into four. Two of the four gussets formed between the side boards are glued to one another at the outside so that the opening side is kept in a wide open shape when the vessel is opened. Folding the blank along folding lines of each gusset 14 brings the blank into a box shape that has a square section along each side of the bottom 11 and an open top having the shape of the square section. The interior surface of the blank sheet is coated with a separable plastic film layer to form a composite sheet forming the vessel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
