<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the disposal cost of industrial waste such as seafood or utility rates of the city water to be used at a factory and the sewage to be discharged from the factory. <P>SOLUTION: A system for recycling waste water is constituted so that waste water is treated by a biological reaction in a waste water treatment facility 2 and the waste water treated in the waste water treatment facility 2 is cleaned in a treated water recycling facility 4, which is then stored in a treated water storage tank 7 to reuse the treated/cleaned water. The system for recycling waste water is provided with a food residue treatment apparatus 3 for crushing a food residue and supplying the crushed food residue to the waste water treatment facility 2 and a treated water monitoring device 6 for monitoring the quality of the treated water cleaned in the treated water recycling facility 4.
