PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suitable environment temperature to an object without correcting temperature setting especially by adopting data for suitable temperature control to the object of which a temperature is not set. SOLUTION: A temperature is set in a step 101. Whether a period corresponding to setting is corresponded to a modulation period or not is determined in a step 102. When it is corresponded, the temperature is reset based on an autonomic database 3 in a step 103. The temperature is adjusted based on the temperature set in the step 101 or the temperature reset in the step 103 respectively in a step 104. When a child safety lock is put on, a mode is shifted from a valid mode, where setting of the temperature in the step 11 becomes valid, to an invalid mode. When the child safety lock is put off, the mode is returned from the invalid mode to the valid mode. When the child safety lock is put on, the modulation period starts.
