PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for dielectric strength test for carrying out easy and sure collective circuit short-circuiting work of module terminals. SOLUTION: The tool for dielectric strength test 11 is used, in a manner of making it contact terminal arrays (10a or 10b) with a plurality of terminal parts 9 arranged in a module 5. The tool 11 is made of a continuous conductive plate, and at one end of which, a plurality of contact pieces (corresponding to 12, 13) are continuously formed into a comb-tooth shape, in correspondence with the array of the terminal parts 9. A hole part 15 for inserting the screw axis of a terminal screw 8 is opened on the contact piece 13, located at both end parts of the combteeth. At the dielectric strength testing, the terminal screws 8 at both end parts of the terminal arrays are removed, the combtooth-shaped part of the tool 11 is put on the terminals arrays, the terminal screws 8 are screwed and fixed so as to pinch the tool 11; and the spring contact pieces 12 are turned into a state of pushing and contacting respective terminal parts, located at the middle part of the terminal arrays.
