PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display output images of information processing devices such as a plurality of PCs connected to an image selecting device as multiple images on an image display device by means of a simple connection that the image selecting device located on a conference table is connected to an image input terminal of the image display device through an image cable of a single system. SOLUTION: An image signal device is provided with: especially, a multiple inputs and image selection sequence control signal generating means; an image signal selection means; a synchronous composition means to compose a synchronizing signal for a main screen and a synchronizing signal for a sub-screen; a means for generating a compensation signal for a synchronous phase matching period of the synchronizing signal for the main screen and the synchronizing signal for the sub-screen; and a select image signal ID adding means. The image display device is provided with: especially, a quantizing means for quantizing the image signals; an ID detecting circuit means for signal recognition; a main screen synchronous signal detecting means; a sub-screen synchronous signal detecting means; a synchronous phase matching period compensation signal detecting means; an image memory means; an image memory writing control circuit means; a memory reading control means; and a display device part for displaying the image signals read from the image memory.
