PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evenly distribute fluid to a heat exchanging tube of each stage even in an area where a fluid flow rate is low. SOLUTION: In the heat exchanger, a choking hole 43a for choking a circulating fluid flow between a collection side tank space 40A on a lower side in a turn side tank part 40 and a distribution side tank space 40B on an upper side is provided. As a choking quantity at the choking hole 43a, the area of the choking hole 43a to the section area of a fluid passage of the tank space 40B is set to be 0.6 to 0.85. As eccentricity of the choking hole 43a, a dimension B from a tank inner surface of the heat exchanging tube 21 side to the center of the choking hole 43a to an inside width dimension A of the fluid passage of the tank space 40B is set to be 0.35 to 0.65. By choking the fluid flow flowing into the distribution side tank space 40B, blow-up flow rate is increased and blow-up force to gravity is increased. In addition, by adopting the choking quantity and the eccentricity as such, fluid distributing property to each stage of the heat exchange tube 21 can be improved even in an area where fluid flow rate is low.
