PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polycarbonate resin composition and more particularly a flame-retardant polycarbonate resin composition being excellent in workability during granulation, surface appearance, mold release, mechanical properties, etc., and having moderated influence on the environment by formulating a polycarbonate resin composition with a specified phosphoric ester metal salt, a polytetrafluoroethylene containing mixed powder, a mold release, and, optionally, an inorganic filler. SOLUTION: The flame-retardant polycarbonate resin composition comprises 100 pts.wt. polycarbonate resin (A), 0.001 to 0.5 pt.wt. specified phosphoric ester metal salt (B), 0.05 to 2 pts.wt. polytetrafluoroethylene-containing mixed powder (C), 0.01 to 3 pts.wt. mold release (D), and 0 to 30 pts.wt. inorganic filler (E).
