ORIENTED ZEOLITE CRYSTAL MANUFACTURING LIQUID AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING ORIENTED ZEOLITE CRYSTAL USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing liquid for manufacturing an oriented zeolite crystal, a method of manufacturing the oriented zeolite crystal and a method of manufacturing a monolayer oriented zeolite crystal. SOLUTION: The manufacturing liquid contains water, a SiO2component-containing zeolite raw material and a structure regulating component and is obtained by heating and keeping an aqueous solution at 110-190°C for 15-150 hr. The aqueous solution before being heated and kept contains 0.5-5.5 pts.mass SiO2component to water. The method is provided with steps for keeping the oriented zeolite crystal manufacturing liquid at 110-220°C and dipping a substrate in the liquid. Another way in the method is provided with a step for dipping the substrate in an oriented zeolite crystal manufacturing liquid containing water, 0.05-5 pts.mass SiO2component to water, the zeolite raw material containing an Al component and a Na component and keeping at≥120°C and <150°C.
