PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper sheet feeding device easy to set recording paper sheets and capable of smoothly feeding the paper sheets, and to provide an image forming device with the same. SOLUTION: This paper sheet feeding device 6 is formed with a paper feeding cassette 61 freely to move between a paper sheet setting position for stacking the recording paper sheets P in the paper feeding cassette 61 and a feeding position for feeding the recording paper sheets P stacked in the paper feeding cassette 61 with a paper feeding means 62. A front end regulating means 81 and a rear end regulating means 82 are formed freely to move from the vertical condition to the inclined condition in the feeding direction and freely to be reset, and the front end regulating means 81 and the rear end regulating means 82 are structured to be vertical at the paper sheet setting position and to be inclined in the feeding direction at the feeding position.
