PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow or a futon which secures an appropriate elasticity and hygroscopicity as synergic effects with a material made of paper and secures an appropriate heat retentivity to give the richness in fitness to the pillow or the futon by giving the structures of large vacant spaces to individual wads of the pillow or the futon (the pillow, a floor cushion, a cushion, a bottom mattress or a quilt). SOLUTION: The pillow or the futon 3 uses a slip of paper 2 having a twisted structure formed by cutting a twisted string of paper 1 short as the wad.
