Each of traders connected via a network has management data creation means for creating product data as a product in pre-processing for an management object and partial object data as data corresponding to the product and a partial object in the next processing and creating management data formed by a single file correlating the product data and the partial product data to connection information indicating the connection between the pre-processing and the corresponding next processing; data storage means for storing the created managing data concerning each process; and data communication means for sending the final management data on the process for creating the final product upon shipment of the final product to a downstream trader and receiving the final management data sent from an upstream trader. The final management data received is stored in data storage means.
