A basket guide device of an apparatus for removing residues such as sawdust from the interior of a mushroom-growing bottle is provided. The basket guide device is installed with a first roller and a second roller in the same direction to easily transfer the basket containing the mushroom-growing bottle to the interior of the basket guide device from a conveyor and the basket containing an empty bottle to a discharge conveyor when the basket containing the empty bottle is discharged from the basket guide device. The apparatus for removing residues such as sawdust from the interior of a mushroom-growing bottle contained in a basket consists of: a pair of plates(110) each oppositely disposed on both sides of a basket receiving part; a first and second roller(120,130) each upward and downward fixed on both inside ends of the plates to guide both lower ends of the baskets which pass the basket receiving part; a support member(140) positioned between the first and second roller to support the lower face of the basket to prevent slanting of the basket; a fixed bracket(150) fixed to the upper and lower side of the plate; and a horizontal guide bar(160) fixed on both ends through the fixed bracket to guide the both ends of the basket. A plurality of third rollers(170) can be installed the center of the guide device. |
