<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate reliability to a prescribed language of a document. <P>SOLUTION: An input part 33 inputs the document via the Internet 11. A database production part 34 decides whether affiliation of an author of the inputted document is an English-speaking world or not, imparts a high reliable tag when it is the English-speaking world, and stores the document in an English sentence database storage part 37 as a high reliable document 71. When the affiliation of the author is not the English-speaking world, a non-high reliable tag is imparted, and the document is stored in the English sentence database storage part 37 as a non-high reliable document 72. An inference part 41 extracts a phrase from the document stored in the English sentence database storage part 37, calculates an English sentence quality value on the basis of the hit number of the phrase to the high reliable document 71 and the hit number to the non-high reliable document 72, and reconfigures a configuration of the document as the high reliable document 71 and the non-high reliable document 72 on the basis thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
