<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a radial dimension of a hydraulic cylinder in a power steering device of a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The power steering device is equipped with the hydraulic cylinder 4 partitioned into first and second pressure chambers 4a, 4b, a rotary valve 2 which selectively supply hydraulic oil into the first and second pressure chambers 4a, 4b, a first and second joint parts 9, 10 provided in a protruding state at the outer peripheral side of the hydraulic cylinder 4, and communicate with the first and second pressure chambers 4a, 4b, and a first and second damper valves 15, 16 preventing the hydraulic oil from flowing back from the hydraulic cylinder 4 side to the rotary valve 2 side.
