<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which, in a land-fill site, when the disposal of a land-fill material in an indicated disposal place by a transporter is confirmed with an instrument followed by the practice of the utilization of the upper part of the land-fill site and reutilization of the land-fill material, can confirm reliable information for the disposal site and can determine an optimal disposal site of the land-fill material without relying on an empirical method. <P>SOLUTION: The reclaiming amount of the whole land-fill site is calculated by a reclaiming amount calculation means 3 and is indicated on a display device 9. Reclaiming conditions are input with an information input unit 10, and a disposal place is calculated with a land-fill material disposal place calculation means 4. The calculation result is displayed on a disposal place indicator 5 and a display device 9. The transporter transports the land-fill material to a designated place according to the instruction from the disposal place indicator 5. The transporter who transported the land-fill material to the disposal place starts the disposal. The disposal start status from a GPS antenna 1 and a positional information transmitter 6 is received by a GPS receiver 2, and the disposal place is calculated with a disposal place calculation means 7.
